I ordered the incorrect part for my vacuum. I called the office of spoke to Alec. He was fantastically helpful. To make sure we were talking about the same model he asked me to take a photo and send it to him. Within minutes the issue was sorted.

I live in a regional area without any Kirby service. I found Vacuumspot on internet and spoke with Alec re supply of roller and vacuum bags. Vacuum spot posted a great video on Youtube showing exactly how to take my vacuum apart and clean it internally. I couldn't source the particular screwdriver mentioned in the video so I rang them direct. Alec was happy to advise me on exactly what I needed. He even measured the screwdriver and told me where they could be purchased. Great service even though I wasn't making a purchase at that time. I'll certainly buy my spare parts from Vacuum Spot from now on.

All ended up OK however the order was initially supplied incorrectly causing a further week's delay to the repair. Once notified, Vacumsopt acknowledged the issue on the first phone call and was rectified ASAP. Mistakes happen, the trick is to correct them with the minimum amount of fuss. I feel this was achieved by VacumSpot and I am a satisfied customer.

I had a new bag holder for our MIELE vac but couldn't work out how to fit it. MIELE recommended VACUUMSPOT. Alec had it fitted in a few minutes and I had to insist on paying! Thanks Alec for excellent, friendly service.

I have to say that the customer service from VacuumSpot is excellent. They went in to a lot of trouble to get the correct vacuum hose for me. Electrolux send them the wrong one three times. After me sending a picture of the hose required Alec went to work. I received the correct hose one today. I would recommend this company to my friends with out any worry.
