Very dissapointing.
Was there about a year ago and the food was nice, unfortunately that has changed. The special fried rice was not special at all, it was not even fried rice just steamed rice with a couple of bits of meat, peas and carrot in it. Everything else was tasteless and the appetisers came out or a packet and were served with tomato sauce. I'm afraid the Golden Horse has lost its luster.
