There is no pre-determined amount of time you need to spend at a set level and if you are performing you can be eligible for salary increases and advancement at any time. There is formal fortnightly training on tax and commercial issues that is always different with guest speakers; webinars; and group case studies.
You will continue to learn from very knowledgeable Partners and Senior Managers whose experience not only comes out of leading accounting practices but also CEO and Director positions in large private companies. Their expertise will not only flow through to you on compliance matters but their individual specialties in consulting and advisory engagements will also aid your technical development. You don’t need prior experience in this space but you will be developed on assignments such as restructuring, cash-flow modeling, profitability improvement, and tax planning and advice.
You will have a set portfolio of clients, in a firm dealing with businesses up to $70M in turnover, and be involved with all needs that they have. The practice's focus is advising their client base of large private businesses; SME’s; and High Net Wealth Individuals on wealth generation.
Seeking 3 + year Business Services experience.
