Salary up to 140K base + super + commissions (220K OTE+++)

Sell market leading, global ERP software

Our client is an Australian enterprise software leader who has won numerous awards and continues to lead innovation and the delivery of enterprise software solutions to exciting customers across a range of industry verticals. Due to strong growth they are seeking highly driven Business Development Managers in both their Melbourne and Sydney offices.

The successful candidate will have a proven track-record in selling mid-market ERP software solutions across various mid-market customers.

You will be responsible (not limited to) for forecasting, building significant pipeline, closing provided sales leads, closing sales with existing and new customers and engaging with customers at all levels to build relationships and win business.

Must have the following experience and skills to be considered:

  • Demonstrates ERP software sales targeting retail, distribution, manufacturing, supply chain, digital industries
  • Minimum 8-10+ years' experience selling mid-market ERP software solutions
  • Proven sales track record selling ERP software
  • Strong experience and ability in working autonomously
  • Experience selling to CFO level required
  • Strong forecasting and sales pipeline management
  • Ability to liaise and engage with senior level stakeholders
  • Proven experience pitching across mid-market through to larger enterprise customers
  • Demonstrated depth in business process
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Be able to set priorities, analyses problems and formulates clear and effective solutions
  • Must be an Australian citizen/resident
