About the role:
This is a varied role that will require you to do the full sales cycle. It is suited to those who can keep themselves motivated through the highs and lows. You'll be joining a rapidly growing team and your input will be valued and rewarded during this amazing time of growth.
Specific responsibilities to include:
Prospecting and qualifying potential clients through a variety of channels and sources.
Building and managing pipeline and delivering sales of products/services in accordance with budget objectives.
Visiting clients and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.
Coordinating and participating in industry events, event days and workshops.
Responding to prospective enquiries to assist potential clients in their decision-making process.
Providing market feedback and competitor activity insights for the market.
Experience within a Sales / Account Management capacity is ideal.
Experience in business to business sales (desirable)
Experience within HR, Tech sales, Recruitment or Talent acquisition (desireable)
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
Intermediate MS Office & CRM experience
