Centrally located in the Docklands and only moments away from Southern Cross station our client is looking for an outbound sales and customer service consultant to join their team.
Your role will entail making warm outbound calls to customers to follow up on a range of enquiries which may include general questions on products and appliances or an opportunity to set up a meeting with a sales consultant.
This is an ongoing temporary position with potential for long term opportunities within other areas of the business.
What we are looking for –
- Previous contact centre experience in outbound role
- Be able to identify the needs of the client and create an appointment
- Excellent communications skills
- Well-spoken with a professional telephone phone manner
