Chandler Macleod, in collaboration with Santos, is currently seeking office and field-based professionals for contract opportunities across Australia.

About The Role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your purpose will be to support the busy sponsorship and marketing unit by completing a variety of marketing and events support tasks, during a period of peak activity. Specifically, this role will be accountable for:

Supporting event administration by way of managing invitations, RSVPs and other event planning tasks
Liaising with vendors to ensure prompt delivery of products and services as they relate to the marketing team
Coordinating purchase orders and facilitating invoice payments
Coordinating photography and filming schedules
Performing any manner of marketing support tasks, to ensure the smooth operation of events and the marketing unit in general

About You

Ideally, you will have:

Experience in corporate marketing or communications teams within a support function
A proactive, "hands on" approach to managing multiple tasks
A proven track record in administration support
Strong Microsoft suite skills including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work in a client focused, team-oriented environment
