I work in Realestate as a marketing coordinator so I use realestate.com.au to upload properties (both Sales & rentals) everyday.

I also use the 'feature' property application which highlights a property at the top of the search results.

Easy to search for properties
The Bad:
Leave old listings ( even after they have been rented or sold) on the internet just to 'bulk out' the site, and make it look like thye have more listings than they do
