EasyMessages is quick and easy and allows us to frequently update messages to keep customers updated with current services available.

We no longer need to go to a recording studio to record a message. We can now update our message whenever we want and as often as we want. We are not locked in to the same old, same old.

EasyMessages has to be the easiest and lowest cost message on hold available.

They are the only company where you can choose to use your own voice or you can also get a Professional Voice. There reason I went with my own voice is that I want a personalised feel to our Message on Hold. Also I can call their 1300 number and record new changes, such as special offers for easter. We can have our updated message playing on our phone system in a matter of minutes!
