They are great for virus removal, upgrading your system, data transfer/recovery etc. and they have helped us fix many problems we've had with our computer
Get a second opinion when you buy a system from here though. We bought one they recommended and after six months it had become incredibly sluggish.

Recommended by friend. Great customer service. Spent time on phone explaining things and options. Run by owners, who are really customer service orientated. Prices are competitive given size of business. They do not try to sell you something that is way out of your needs, however do gather information to make sure that you do not end up with something that you wished you had upgraded from the beginning.
Turnaround times for service on equipment is fantastic.
Love the personalised service. Explained what was wrong in lay persons terms. You do not feel like an idiot for not knowing technical terms - they explain everything!
